People are screaming for improved service and their answer is increased regulation. I despise delays, rude passengers, and people whose jobs it is to serve and have no intention of providing service. But what bothers me the most is the overwhelming number of people who call for increased regulation any time there is a problem.
Our country was founded on the principle of limiting the scope of government. Seems like today America is turning accountability to the government for many issues that should be solved by free enterprise.
