Hertz Lost and Found At Chicago Midway Should Be Closed
12 September 2006It is my own fault for leaving an item in the car when returning a rental. My 44 long dark navy suit coat was left hanging in the rear of my Hertz rental car. I reported it the same day when I realized too late (on the plane) that I had left it. I also reported I would be back in three days and could retrieve it then. The only problem was that nobody could find the jacket. Does anyone care? Only me. What good is the lost and found system if you can’t even get back a jacket that is generally useless to most folks.
I am more careful now.
